1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any products. All sales are final.
2. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to thoroughly inspect all products as soon as they are delivered.
If you find any issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
3. Reporting Damaged Products
If a product is damaged, a clear unboxing video showing the damage is mandatory for initiating a refund request.
The unboxing video must clearly display:
The package in its original condition.
The product being unboxed.
The damaged portion or defect in the product.
Without the unboxing video, refund claims will not be processed.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued only for products verified as damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
